MERRY EXPO CLEAN UP PROJECT(JAPAN)
The Merry Expo Clean-up event was held four times during the period of EXPO 2005 Aichi Japan. The first event was held in Sakae, Nagoya on May 30th (The Zero-Trash Day). The creative young people joined and Nagoya's "original beauty" was regained. The second event was held in Shinbashi and Shiodome in Tokyo, with diverse group of people from the local elementary-school children to prework office workers participated. The third cleanup was a collaborative event with the Roppongi Hills community association held as "MERRY EXPO + ROPPONGI CLEANUP" on September 17th.
