Establishment of the Merry Foundation for Social Actions
Merry Project is a communication-art project to spread the wave of Merry under the theme of "Smile is a universal language".
Since the year 2000, we've been collecting the the MERRY smiles and messages of people all over the world, and been developing our unique art-activities such as the poster exhibitions, audio/visual installations, and publications of art/photo books and the free papers, as well as developing the regional development activities including the various kinds of workshops to encourage the towns to be MERRY.

Merry Project has established the Merry Foundation for the future activities with the following goals.
1jThe Earth' 6,500,000,000 people's Merry
Merry Project's biggest goal is to meet all 6,500,000,000 people of the Earth and fill the planet with their MERRY. For that purpose, Merry Project will collect as many people's MERRY as possible based on the long-term and short-term plans for the shooting and interviews, and introduce it to everyone through this website and other mediums.

Merry Project proposes a unique style of regional development. Merry Project tries to encourage people

Merry Project will continuously maintain and develop its website (this website). Specifically, Merry Project will develop unique and fun contents such as a database which allows people to easily access to the smiles of the worldwide people and an interactive and merry communication tool to be enjoyed by people of all ages.
