Material accessible to you through the Merry Project website and services may be subject to protection under the copyright laws of Japan or other copyright laws, or laws protecting trademarks, trade secrets or proprietary information. Except when expressly permitted by the owner of such rights, you must not use Merry Project website or its servers in a manner that would infringe, violate, dilute or misappropriate any such rights, with respect to any material, which you access or receive through the Merry Project website and services.

You may only upload content to the Merry Project website where you are the owner or copyright holder of the content. All content you submit, post, upload to, display on the Merry Project website or through the Merry Project services remains the property of the copyright holder. No title of ownership at any time passes to or is implied to pass to Merry Project.

You automatically grant Merry Project a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, non-exclusive worldwide license to use all content you submit, post, upload to, display on the Merry Project website or through the Merry Project services.

This license allows Merry Project to (i) display, use, reproduce, modify, publish, edit, translate, adapt, distribute, perform, and display the Content alone or as part of other works in any form, media, or technology whether now known or later developed, and to (ii) freely and fully sublicense such rights through single or multiple tiers of sublicensees, and to (iii) transfer such rights to the acquiring company if Merry Project is acquired.
