This documented encounter of a few shared minutes with a group of little girls on a bus was like a blessing. There's a certain kind of "beauty" that always slips away when an encounter is planned and controlled - which is authenticaly captured and fixed upon in these photos. There's no stereotypical composition, nor a superb presentment of lighting. The photographs have a sense of speed and make the viewers imagine the photographer snapping the shutter to make every second count. It lets us have the feeling of being there on the bus together. The girls' innocent smiles are a refreshingly breeze through your mind. The theme of the book is "to express happiness with pictures." It's produced based on the conviction that children's "feeling of vitality," "smiles," "lovableness," and "joy of living" would be the energy for the 21st century. The girls' expressions can move people's rigid minds. You can touch a pure emotion looking at the smiles which cannot be felt when they are directed toward a certain someone. |
